Cheer on the Math Team as they travel to  Kamehameha School  to compete  in the rigorous  MATHCOUNTS  competition tomorrow, Saturday, February 10 .
KMS QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER  was distributed to all studentsin their AA class on Monday, February 5.  Please ask your child to share it with you.
COMING BACK SOON   –  Currently being redesigned, the KMSwebsite,,  will  be available again soon to view monthly cafeteria menus, bell schedules, important dates to remember, school policies and more information about our school.  Thank you  for your patience – we will advise you when the redesigned website goes live!
YOUR INPUT IS IMPORTANT TO US – MAIL IN YOUR SQS FORMS  School Quality Surveys  (SQS) packets were  distributed to all students in their AA class on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Our State Departmentof Education requires all schools to collect perception data from parents in order to help improve our public schools. Parents, please complete the survey and mail it in the pre-paid postage  envelope that is included in the survey packet  by March 16 . Once you have mailed the survey, then please sign the  orange ticket  that is included in the survey packet and have your child drop it in the “SQS” box in the main office to receive a small appreciation snack.Again, all surveys should be mailed (post marked) by  March 16, 2018 .

TEACHERS’ WISH LIST – Help our teachers, help our students! 
Team 7B  teachers (Mr. Chung, Mr. Forrest, Ms. Shishido and Ms. Zalopany)are requesting disposable paper drinking cups (3 oz. – 8 oz. size).
Ms. Guardino’s  classes are in need of composition books and facial tissue (Kleenex).  

Team 7A  teachers (Ms. Bott, Ms. Sepulveda,and Ms. Togashi) are requesting boxes of facial tissue (Kleenex).

Mr. Lee (new English teacher) needs  new or used chapter books for his classroom library.
