A letter regarding Mr. Ahern’s passing was distributed to all students today.
Our KMS counseling staff is available to students who would like to share
their feelings and concerns.

There is no denying that the holidays are fast approaching! Bring your jingle
bells and cheer on the KMS Band at:

                            Liliha-Palama Christmas Parade
                                   Friday, November 23
                                    5:30 in the evening

Parade route: Down Liliha Street; right on King Street until Kokea Street.

BRAT FREE-DRESS DAY  Friday, November 30
All students with no
Behavior Referrals, Absences, or Tardy days during
the month of  November will be awarded a free-dress sticker which must
be placed on the back of their ID card.

Free-dress day students are not required to wear their KMS uniform
t-shirt, but must still adhere to the KMS dress code (see pages 14-15 of
the Student Planner). Let’s all try to  display good behavior and attain
perfect attendance.

MAHALO PARENTS for continuing to show your support.
Thank you to the families of Kobe Liang and Zachary Nakasone for their
very generous donations of boxes of facial tissue for our Team 7A classes.

REFLECTION during this season of Thanksgiving…

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest
appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”

– John F. Kennedy, former U.S. President
